Babyface and his boo are expecting:
Kenneth `Babyface’ Edmonds is set to become a dad again - his dancer girlfriend is pregnant with his third child. The singer/songwriter, 50, has two sons with ex-wife Tracey Edmonds. Sources insist Babyface and his 35-year-old partner, Nikki Pantenburg, have no plans to wed. The baby is due at the end of 2008.
Damn, Babyface is 50?? He’s creepin up there.

Earlier this year when Babyface copped himself a bootleg Tracey Edmonds we thought it was a desperate attempt to keep up with his ex-wife’s newly acquired A-list status. In a recent interview, he makes it clear that he has no problems being washed up b-list.
“It’s not like I feel like a star or have ever really felt like that. A celebrity? Yeah, it gets me in restaurants and I can (go to the head of the line) at Disneyland. I like that part. But for me, I feel for Tracey and Eddie because of what they gotta go through. Everybody’s on them and now (that they’re engaged) they’re going to be on them even more. And I wouldn’t want that. That’s like a little too much for me with people all in your business with their opinions of you and what your life choices are.
I am kinda happy being a b-list star. That’s OK to me. I like being a musician and a writer. I’m OK with that. I don’t need to be the hottest guy or being looked at as anything other than with respect. I feel blessed to be in the space that I’m in”
As long as his “b-list” status allows him to hop the line at Target, I’m not mad at him.

No way, money and career wouldn’t play a part in her dating choices.

Babyface, his Tracey Edmonds replacement Nicole Pantenburg, and Gabrielle Union were spotted at Pure nightclub in Vegas over the weekend. On marriage again, Face recently told S2S Magazine:
I just think that-and it’s not necessarily in a reflection to my marriage with Tracey-but, just in general, I think that it’s unfair when you marry someone that immediately you become partners in everything, in terms of what you built for the rest of your life financially. That doesn’t make sense to me.
Tracey has her career-minded relationship with Eddie and Face has a Tracey look-alike, everyone is happy.

During a recent interview with S2S Magazine, Tracey Edmonds talks about her break up with Babyface:
“Kenny’s a wonderful person, and I’m really blessed that I’m able to have him still so closely in my life and still be able to move on with my life butnot lose a friend like that, because I stil adore Kenny.”
It sounds like she always had one leg in and one leg out. She was quoted in her 20’s talking about her relationship with Face: “I’m not going to be left out here with a credit card”. The career-minded Tracey then explains her old quote: I was saying I want to make sure I’m okay in case things don’t work out with me and Kenny”.
I ain’t saying she a golddigger…..Doesn’t Babyface’s new girl look like a bootleg Tracey?

LeToya Luckett co-hosted the Soul Train Awards last night in LA and looked bangin as usual. Letoya’s “around the way girl” steez adds even more to her appeal.
Although Chingy has denied dating Keisha Knight-Pulliam, they were spotted looking like a couple last night. You know he is hittin’ that. We know “lil Rudy” is a wild one . Babyface showed up with his girl, one of his former tour dancers who happens to look like a bootleg Tracey Edmonds.

We mentioned a couple weeks ago that Babyface was spotted at the Sundance Film Festival with one of his former tour dancers Nikki Pantenburg. They were spotted together again last night at The Clive Davis Pre-Grammy party in Beverly Hills. Looks like he still wants Tracey, gotta take what you can get.

Babyface was spotted in Park City , Utah with one of his tour dancers, Nikki Pantenburg or ‘Nikki P’. Nikki played Teresa who happened to be a ’scandalous latin female’ on the television show Moesha . Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds are also in Park City for the Sundance Film Festival. Will Babyface and Eddie (who are former-friends) be rolling in the snow over Tracey? That would probably be a catfight while Tracey and ‘Nikki P.’ would be probably be a real fight. Doesn’t “Nikki P.” look like a bootleg Tracey?
