The same crazy dude Keifer Bonvillian who tried to get paid off of selling audiotapes of an employee bad-mouthing Oprah is now coming out with an alleged “tell all” book exposing O and her billion dollar company Harpo. The book is titled “Ruthless” and here is the pitch for the story:
“An office manager at Harpo broke his silence and his confidentiality agreement when he spoke freely about Oprah Winfrey’s private life and business affairs. Keifer Bonvillain underestimated one of the world’s most powerful women when he, armed with clandestinely recorded tapes, decided to write a ‘tell-all’ book unmasking the famed celebrity. Within days of Harpo learning about the book, two men were attempting to break into Keifer’s home - presumably to get the tapes. Oprah was desperate to keep the truth from being revealed . . . The fallout was Keifer’s highly publicized arrest.”
Bonvillain vows to disclose that Harpo may have been involved in “blatant discrimination . . . This CEO not only knows about these practices . . . she condones them . . . Hours of taped conversations . . . reveal what they don’t want the public to know about [Oprah's] private life, and a business that prides itself on its diversity.”

I believe there is some truth to this. I watched Oprah in action with her staff and I noticed that everyone was NOT Africian American but the exact oposite. I am sure there is a method to her maddness that can only be exposed if both parties speak up.

I don’t see what the big deal is about the above because there are a lot of employees that sign Confidentiality Agreements or Non Disclosure Agreements. It’s simply a contract between two or more parties where the subject of the agreement is a promise that information conveyed will be maintained in secrecy.
What if you were talking to someone about YOUR invention, wouldn’t you want them so sign one? OR what if you worked for a large corporation and left to go to a competing corporation (Exxon vs. Mobil); depending on your position, they may ask you to sign…in today’s world, it’s not a big deal.

I don’t defend Oprah b/c she’s rich and black. There are plenty of rich black folks but they didn’t get their money the honest way so don’t confuse the two. Confidentiality agreements are used for non-compete purposes & brand protection. Also, she’s in the public eye & doesn’t need some bitter employee high-tailing it to the tabloids with some expose or sharing company success strategies with competitors.

O.K., let’s see what does Oprah have to hide that her recently deceased sister didn’t reveal? Her sister told the world that Oprah had a baby at age 14, before that O said on her show that she had never given birth.
Then her sister said that from the age of 9 to 14 O had lots of older guys to the house when their mama was gone. Little sis said the O told her that they were going to play “horsey.” After this came out Oprah started saying how she was abused and molested as a child.
O said that when she told her father that his brother molested her (and got her pregnant), her father asked her did he force her at which O got mad because she felt it didn’t matter if she liked the sex, it is still the man’s fault (I agree).
THEN, before a book could come out telling about O’s crack habit, Oprah herself admitted to using crack on her show (she said it was for a very short time).
THEN, righteous O finally fessed up to having a torrid affair with a married man (this is the man whose keys she threw in the toilet so he couldn’t leave).
Oh yeah, there was a story in the tabloids that the beauty contest O won when she was 21 was in fact stolen by O who strong-armed the crown from the real winner.
I’ve met Oprah personally and she struck me as someone who wished she was white, someone who liked little blonds and wanted more than anything for them to like her. The fact that she chose to open her school for African reflects on her low opinions of black americans and herself.
