I don’t know what Kerry Washington does other than get’s elected a lot for the who looks more banging posts, but I’d have to say that she beats out Ciarra. I like the contrast of colors in her outfit, from shoes, to dress, to belt. She looks comfortable and classy at the same time. Ciarra, I beleive, is still trying to find her style. She switches up a lot and I thinks she and her stylist are trying to find something that works for her. But I do like her shoes, the mirror dress on the other hand, not so much.

Ok, Imma have to agree with the other posters who commented on Ciara not looking quite comfortable in this outfit. She needs to find her own niche when it comes to style. She tries too hard to be a clone of Aaliyah, though I think Ciara is talented, she needs to be original. We don’t need another Aaliyah (RIP), but we do need something different, something original in R&B.
Everytime I view Ci-Ci’s video it reminds me of Aaliyah and what she was well known for (i.e. rockin the long, dark, bone straight part-down the middle hair, leather boots and outfits, etc).
With that said I definitely think Kerry has this one. She is one of those natural beauties, that has her own style and feels comfortable in her own skin. I guess with time Ci-Ci will find that as well but, Kerry hands down and I love the outfit.
Ciara stepped it up. I’m going with Ciara cuz she is working them legs. She looks HOT. Aaliyah and stans must be rolling in their graves.

It just too bad that some folks try to put her down with Aaliyah comparisons. I figured Aaliyah must be rolling in her grave since some don’t want her to rest in peace with the comparisons.
