Also, I think AKeys looks cute as far as her dress and everything, BUT.. the up-the-nose shot is not flattering. alicia has stepped her wardrobe & hair game all the way up. She looked fab on BET last week & I like this cover. When I first heard the new joint I too thought she was straining & I didn’t think she’d be able to perform it well. But she did a good job on MTV awards. So Kudos AKeys..Keep it up!

I am so in love with Alicia Keys new song. I guess it really depends on where you are or if you can relate to her song. I definitely do and I am feeling it! Strongly. I can also appreciate the fact that she has changed her attire. I think she was always pretty and it is very refreshing to see her kind of girly. I love both Alicia Keys and Beyonce and I wish them the best and I can’t wait for Alicia’s CD to drop on 11/13. I will be one of the first at the store to purchase it. I’m a big Bey fan and AK fan but AK is No Joke. Bey is No Joke either. To me AK is a better musician than Bey but Bey is the better entertainer, not because she wears less clothes, but because her energy on stage is crazier than AK’s! AK’s performance is more like Steive Wonder’s which is cool jamfest piano playin with bsex appeal, Bey is more Tina Tuner-esque, raw energy, sexiness, heavy movement, powerful vocals etc. I love them both for different reasons.
