These people are South Korean. The guy giving the beat down was drunk. He’s doing a lot of cursing. He was driving wild drunk, tried to turn and almost got hit by the bus so angered he got on the bus and proceeds to put the smack down. At the end of the video the Old Korean guy was complaining to the cop that he felt something in his ear pop after being kicked in the ear. Possibly he’s deaf now as a result of that brutal attack. Poor old guy, that could be somebody’s grand daddy.
