In a recent interview by Essence Magazine, John McCain explained why he thinks Obama is not ready to lead the country as President. Here’s his response to the question of whether he thinks Barack is an appeaser:
‘”No, but I think we have very different…. No…absolutely not. But I do believe when Senator Obama wants to sit down across from the president of Iran who is dedicated to the extinction of the state of Israel and whose country is providing weapons that are killing young Americans in Iraq, that is bent on acquisition of nuclear weapons, then I would not sit down and have unconditional talks with him. I think Senator Obama is not experienced, otherwise he would not make that judgment.’”
Does this geriatric cripple even hear what he’s saying? It’s truly pathetic how these fools scramble in their attempt to discredit Barack. It’s as if they believe intelligent debate is more destructive than warfare. SMH.

He should have unconditional talks. the ways we have been doing it in the past isn’t working. Plus we are doing more harm to our soldiers lifes and minds by sending them over there than Iran. We sent them there without an adequate plan or adequate supplies, and we bring them home f*ck up mind body and soul without adequate care.

As a dedicated Obama supporter, I think McCain makes sense here. I wouldn’t dismiss McCain’s knowledge here, I would use it to my advantage.
Talk to Iran only with conditions to be met. Obama would certainly present more well thought out and wiser conditions than Bush. But there still must be conditions and accountability for Iran.
Make no mistake Iran is not just historically anti-America they are historically racist against black people in America. Iran is not a friend of black people in America.
When I heard Obama wanted to meet with Iran, my gut reaction was fear for the safety of the black man who will be America’s most valued president in history. Kidnapping is not far-fectched for Iran–they could set any condition or price if they held Obama hostage.
Intelligent discourse, certainly, with conditions and lots and lots of security.

I think it shows Barack’s intelligence to produce a strategy that supports a respectful relationship between the Middle East and us.
Realistically we can obliterate the entire area however we would pay the price globally for such a catastrophe and then we would then create enemies we don’t already have. So it is smart for us to bow out of the conflict that exist (and that has always existed) in the Middle East, take the high road and maintain a neutral position in our world community.
Furthermore our intelligence departments need revamping and our weapons capabilities need to stay at the highest degree of technology so that we can always have an ear to the goings on across the planet and so that we can be ready for a calculated defense if required.

Ahmedinejad does not have any real power - that is where McCain is trying to distort what Obama is saying. Obama says “the leaders” and Ahmedinejad is NOT the leader of Iran.
This is the Republicans way of instilling fear in the American people but they do it by NOT giving you the facts which is why you have to do your own research to find out if they are blowing “smoke up your butt” and McCain is.
Obama knows who the leaders of Iran are and they do not feel the same way as Ahmedinejad which is why Obama is willing to sit down with them with no conditions.
Let me say this…Obama is NO dummy. He did not get to be the Editor of the Harvard Law Review by being the teacher’s pet. The man knows his stuff. That is why the Republicans are so afraid of him. He is a quick learner, he has a good memory, he has a degree in Political Science with a specialization in International Relations. And, the guy plays poker - he is going to be tough to beat and McCain and the rest of the Republicans know it - that is why they would rather run against Hillary.

The problem is that after WWII, Jewish population was offered land in Europe for a new country , but the refugees turned it down. They wanted their Biblical homeland, which hadn’t been their’s for centuries. And England went into Israel and took land away from the Palenstians and gave it to the Israeli’s. This whole Mid East conflict is a problem that England and the U.S. created after WW2. They should have left well enough alone. Both countries of Palenstine and Israel are fighting over land that England took and gave away, like a game. And we are paying the price for it. But, we have to give our country credit, we have Arab countries giving us oil, and Israel provides us with an military base. And they fight each other, while we benefit. If that ain’t genius on the American part, I don’t know what is. We are good at that. Latinos and blacks fight over scraps, while white people stay in power, and keep all the resources, latinos and blacks produce. We pay more taxes, yet we don’t see half of the revenue in our communities.America is just perfection.

Co-sign. I love Obama and I so want for him to use caution with Iran. Diplomacy is honorable and admirable but the President of Iran is not his friend and Obama is not viewed as their brother as he is black, American, and he chose Christianity over Islam. I’m all for diplomacy and dialogue but not without conditions and extraordinary security; especially in countries that will even martyr children.
