Just point your cursor on the check me out link. It’ll display their comment history, unless they’ve opted out, which i see you’ve already have. Another way to determine if they are using multiple usernames, is to right click on the Gravatar icon, then scroll down to properties, click on properties, there it will display their url address, from there you can match the last four characters of the url.
