February 29, 2008. MediaTakeOut.com just got some EXPLOSIVE NEWS!!! According to a person close to Rihanna, it appears Jay Z is up-in-arms over the amount of publicity that Rihanna’s new relationship with Chris Brown is receiving.
The insider explained to MediatakeOut.com, “[Jay z] feels that Rihanna and Chris Brown have very different fan bases. [And that] by being linked to Chris [Brown], she’s damaging her cross-genre marketability.”
But it gets worse. According to our insider, Jay Z called the Bajan bombshell yesterday to discuss her new fling. I went to the club last night with a friend of mines “Mike”…Mike is that one single friend you need to show you all the pussy that your missing out on..tsk..We chillin, drinkin and just carryin on..Man these girls came up to us and we just started talkin, but the more alcohol i drank the more i noticed me gettin too friendly and that doubt started to creep in my mind…like “why not get with this chick”?…Luckily I got a text from my best friend in a different city saying “wsup” and just that one thing grounded me…Everything that my boys and I talk about…”just being a good dude”..it’s hard, but you gotta do it..I got a good girl too, been rocking with her for a minute..I plan on marrying her after we finish school..We in Florida now, but we plan on moving to North Carolina for law school. So anyways last night I had an epiphany and realized that my best friend was at home, going to sleep alone while i was out, fighting temptations..I’m 21 but I feel like that “life” isn’t something for me…I just want to be with my girl and ride off into the sunset..So i ain’t going out with Mike anymore or to any clubs…It’s my day-off, no school, no work…My girl is at both, but when she gets home, imma give a big hug and take her out to lunch…Tsk I just can’t believe I almost slipped…

Okay y’all, I’m sooooo excited, sorry for the delayed response, but I was a part of a major presentation this morning with a leading women’s org. for a $1.5 mil campaign (that’s why I haven’t been here in a few days). Anyhoo, they just called us to tell us we won the business (I think we had 5 other PR firms competing). Needless to say, I’m one happy camper!!
Southern, girl, enjoy Egypt, That is one place I too want to visit, but then again, I want to go everywhere…my plan is a new country every year.

@Notorious, I hear ya about that AA mileage. Last year, I did so much domestic travel for the job that I was able to travel to Barbados relatively free (only had to pay like $60 for taxes). Those miles are great!!
